Thomas Matthew “Tom” Kugel, 89, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, at his home in Shawano. Tom was born Nov. 10, 1935, at the home farm in the Town of Waukechon to the late Frank and Barbara (Stempa) Kugel. He graduated from Shawano High School in 1954.
