Cecelia Ann Trossen, 94, passed away peacefully Sept. 5, 2026. Cecelia was born Jan. 12, 1932, to the late Herman and Martha Leonard. She grew up in Sheboygan and later made her home in Suring before eventually settling in Mountain. Cecelia married Robert Trossen on Jan.
