Schofield man charged with 10th OWI after Wausau traffic stop
According to the complaint, a deputy stopped Newcomer’s vehicle at about 11:19 a.m. after a records check showed the registered owner had a revoked driver’s license and an outstanding Marathon County warrant for failure to appear.
