UTV operator identified in fatal Portage County crash
The crash was reported at about 8:44 a.m. July 21 near the intersection of County Highway ZZ and Rainbows End Road. Initial findings indicate the UTV was traveling north on County Highway ZZ when it struck the rear of a parked dump truck.
